This disclaimer applies to pool service work performed by service providers using PoolWorks AI. It is provided as a starting template only — your specific business contracts should be reviewed by an attorney in your state.
Chemical handling
Pool chemicals are hazardous. The service provider follows manufacturer guidelines but cannot guarantee outcomes for swimmers with chemical sensitivities. Customers should not enter the pool for at least 30 minutes after chemical addition, or longer if directed.
Weather and access
Service may be delayed or skipped due to severe weather (storms, lightning, hurricanes), inability to access the property (locked gates, pets), or unsafe conditions. The service provider will notify the customer and reschedule when feasible. No refund is owed for skipped visits caused by customer access issues.
Equipment
Pool equipment is serviced as-is. The service provider reports observed issues and recommends repairs but does not warrant equipment performance. Repairs and parts are billed separately unless covered by a written agreement.
Liability
The service provider's liability is limited to the amount paid for service in the prior thirty (30) days. The service provider is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing equipment defects, structural issues, or third-party actions.
Photos and records
The service provider may photograph the pool and equipment for before-and-after documentation. Photos are stored securely and used solely for service records and quality assurance.
